NEVER EVER WASTE UR $ BUYING NET10 SERVICE

 My last letter to net 10 should say most of the details here. Just wana save u the time I've wasted as well as the 60$ I've Been robbed of. 
Hello, I feel like I should tell u all the facts here, first fact - Im a very nice person normally but I'm very tired of being taken for the little I have. I need what I earn cuz I'm a single mother who is struggling just to pay rent. I no longer have a phone because I was robbed of an entire months phone. N now I can not afford a phone. Fact- I have spent countless hours on this and $ to fax in paper work that conveniently disappeared and gas to go back in forth 3 times to target as requests from net10. I am not spending another dime, n If net10 wants me to continue purchasing services thru them they are going to do more then just refund my phone purchase. I've been led to feel like a common thief and I don't appreciate it at all.  Let me tell u my log of events up until now which should explain my reasoning behind this.  Late FEBRUARY I bought a phone and a friend convinced me to get Net10. So I go in the store and the phone guy says that I need a SIM card and a phone card and helps me get what he thinks I need. I go home and after hours of tryn to figure out what was wrong with my card I get this pop up that says the SIM card I bought GSM PHONE CARD was incompatible with my Tmobile phone _ (which I dunno if ur aware but T-Mobile is a gsm phone- u should consider writing ATT on the packaging).  I make my very first call to net10 . They inform me AFTER MORE THEN A HOUR. that they can't help me n I need to go to target n reactivate.  I then drive to target. They inform me my card states I've already applied the card to my phone n they can't help me. Took 25 mins there. The next day I call net10 again(same result over an hour of my life wasted) n they tell me THE EXACT SAME THING.  Stupidly I go back to target, with instructions to ask to speak with a manager. This time I bring My brains along with me n when I was told no yet again I ask the guest service lady if she cud call net10 cuz net10 said my card was NEVER activated n they said the card was already redeemed. So the guest service lady calls net 10. They knew she was a guest service rep at target and yet they made her wait on hold for a total of 37 minutes and a total talk time of 8 minutes.  Meanwhile I'm stuck there standing there the entire time. The rep explained that she cud not help me cuz the screen said already redeemed and net10 stood by this I can't help u with anything B.S. Cuz da cards not activated crap. So I buy another net10 card like a dummy. And forget about it til my next service month ends I go back to target. N try again.this time they give me a number and tell me to fax all of my info. With a reference number 1088815154 (it took a total wait time for that stupid reference number alone a total of 26 minutes ) I drive to this place to fax in my info to 18668097133 . Make my copies and fax in my info costing another $3.49 . And I buy another net10 card assuming since I sent in my card n the reciept that my case would b worked out by the following month. But no nothing so I call net 10 again. The lady that helped me this time should be fired. She says that she can't help me at all that I need to go back and refax my papers n essentially tells me I didn't fax it last time n really made me feel like I was the one imposing on them. And made me feel like a thief.  I HAVE ALL OF MY INFO.... HELLO. I'VE MADE MY CASE. I M REALLY READY TO TAKE THIS TO ATTORNEY.  Cuz this is crappier then I've EVER BEEN TREATED.  I have proven my case 4 times by now. If u can't treat ur customers with respect u shouldn't have customers. Is that clear? I'm done. I have wasted my final hour writing u this letter. Can't wait for the reply cuz as of yet this company has done absolutely nothing to better this horrid situation. 12092246708. That WAS My number if u want me to call u with a new reference number then I'd hope u restore my account so I have a way to actually call u.  I was given this number :  care representatives at 1-866-806-1840 with the reference PIN 321515 which is only good for two (2) weeks.  Seems to me like u have two weeks to call me not the opposite.  I know that someone is reading this, n I apologize about the harshness of my letter pls don't take it person.
